the evaluator to provide photo ID, contact information, and
supervisor information

Right to due process,
representation, and impartial arbitration to correct unfair
decisions, without fear of retaliation

Right to full
investigation and finding of “valid” before any action taken against
a provider

The right to access a
forum to voice concerns and be heard prior to any changes in state
law or rules which would impact child development homes
