Having Trouble Getting Paid?

When you have trouble with late payments from the state, first send an E-mail to: imeproviderservices@dhs.state.ia.us and copy Robin White at rwhite@afscmeiowa.org. 

If you do not receive a response, contact Robin at 1-800-372-6054, Ext. 570 

For best results, please include your name, address, provider number, the consumer number, and details such as the month claimed, the date the claim was mailed, the number of units claimed, and charge per unit. Also, include any other information that you believe will help process your claim.
